Teaching in a pandemic isn’t easy.
This is why Course Hero is hosting a year-end virtual faculty retreat on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (PT), for college instructors and administrators across the country.
The program will feature crisis teaching workshops, the latest student and faculty mental health research and next steps, discussion forums, as well as live music, yoga, and family programming.

to reflect, share, and take care
The event will provide an opportunity for our teaching and learning community to come together and reflect on the recent changes that have retooled our classrooms and reshaped our relationships with our students, our colleagues, and ourselves.
The goal is to take a step back to Reflect, Recharge, and Reset for the year ahead.

Past Attendees Say:
“I just returned from the Course Hero Education Summit, and it was an educator’s dream. This conference, unlike many, encourages natural conversations and connections made with people you would normally not have the opportunity to meet."
Dr. Kelly Richmond Pope,
Associate Professor of Accounting,
DePaul University
“In a world where we can get ‘Zoom Fatigue’ I found the Course Hero EdSummit to be a welcome change of pace. The sessions I attended were engaging, educational, and interactive. That's no small feat for a conference of this size. Keep up the great work.”
Dr. JD Schramm,
Lecturer of Organizational Behavior,
Stanford University
“As a chemist, I didn’t think I had that much in common with accountants or economists, but it turns out that we can use some of the same strategies in the classroom to connect with students. It was a refreshing change of pace.”
Dr. Shanina Johnson,
Assistant Professor of Chemistry
Spelman College
