HOW DO I JOIN A SESSION?
1. Check your inbox for the access link to join the event 24-48 hours ahead of the event. Click the “Join broadcast” link
2. On the agenda page, select a session and click the "Broadcast" button under the session title.
If you accessed the event website directly (without using the “magic” link in your confirmation email), you will be required to login with the email address you used to register for the event.
DO I NEED TO INSTALL ANYTHING?
Afternoon sessions will be hosted via Zoom. To join an afternoon session, be sure to download the Zoom app. (A Zoom meeting link will be available two minutes prior to the start of each session via the program agenda page of the event website.)
HOW DO I SAVE MY SEAT?
You will be able to save your seat by navigating to the session, and clicking the “Save a seat” icon next to the session title, as below. In order to save the seat, you have to be logged in to the platform. If you don't see the "seat" icon, click on the star icon to the left from the session and login to the platform.
WILL I BE ABLE TO JOIN A SESSION IF I DIDN’T SAVE A SEAT IN ADVANCE?
Our live broadcast sessions will be open to all registered attendees, though some of them will have participant limits and may reach capacity. We recommend you save a seat in the sessions you are interested in attending.
WILL THE EVENT SESSIONS BE RECORDED?
Yes, the sessions will be recorded. All registrants will have access to the recordings within a few weeks after the event has concluded.
IF I HAVE TROUBLE ACCESSING A SESSION WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
HOW CAN I MEET OTHER ATTENDEES ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?
